The report includes analyses of the most important drafts of legislation in the field of economic law, tax law and labour law worked on since the start of the year. Apart from public procurement and the Labour Code, the bill on Employee Capital Plans, as well as other drafts relevant to entrepreneurship, are also discussed.

Employers of Poland on the new Public Procurement Law and the new Labour Code
The new public procurement law and the failure of the works on the new Labour Code were the main topics of the second seminar of the Legislation Monitoring Network of Employers of Poland. A report reviewing new legislation in the I quarter of 2018 was also presented.
