Healthcare needs a wide-ranging agreement

Signing agreements restricted to particular sectors of healthcare will lead to a further destabilization of the system, deeper crisis in relations between groups of employers and worsen the financial standing of hospitals. An agreement including the entire healthcare sector is needed. The act on minimum wage for medical professionals can be a platform for such an agreement, provided that additional financing is secured.

Employers will fully support the efforts of the government and nurses aimed at reducing the deficit of employees in the healthcare sector – if these efforts are systematic, consulted with all interested parties and based on sound financing.
