– It has long been agreed that the quality of legislation in Poland is bad and that the law is badly constructed when it comes to substantive matters. However, it has to be finally admitted openly that administration officials do not use Polish properly! How can we talk of the quality of law if its authors cannot write in their native language? If they routinely disregard the rules of logic and grammar? It is high time they learned to write! Or else ministries will have to hire professional linguists as editors. Thus far, administration officials have failed the grade – concludes Malinowski.
