Labour market needs social dialog

Throughout its existence, the International Labour Organization has consistently upheld and applied the principles of tripartite dialog. As you know, such dialog is urgently needed, in our country too – President Andrzej Malinowski said at a conference celebrating the 100th anniversary of the International Labour Organization, organized by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy.

– Technological development shapes the labour market. Entrepreneurs will need creative, quick-thinking employees. Repetitive, routine actions will be outsourced to machines – he stressed.

– While developing bipartite dialog, we should also focus particular attention on tripartite dialog, with the involvement of the government – because it is the government that holds the responsibility for enacting the guidelines elaborated by social partners in legislation – emphasized the President of Employers of Poland.
